Delinquent Tax Bills
The annual sale of current year certificates of delinquency will be held on August 30, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the Casey County Clerk’s office located at 625 Campbellsville Street, Liberty Kentucky, 42539. People can pay their tax bills up to the 9:00 a.m. sale time. The website address for this listing will also be included in the published ad on July 27, 2022. Our office will not provide lists of available bills other than from these sites.
Land Records & Other Recordings
One of the most important responsibilities of the County Clerk’s office is the recording of land records. The most common documents recorded are deeds, mortgages, and assignments, and mortgage releases. This link will take you to the recording requirements for the most common documents.

Motor Vehicles
Motor Vehicle Licensing is the most frequently visited area of the Clerk’s office. Motor vehicle licenses must be renewed annually and any sale of a motor vehicle must be registered within 15 days of purchase. Procedures are outlined for each type of transaction and many motor vehicle forms can be downloaded from this website.
